We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Customer Service Manager for our store. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a team and provide exceptional customer service, we would love to have you on our team!

Essential Responsibilities:

• Accepting and processing customer orders through the online store and Instagram direct.
• Consulting customers on products, promotions and special offers.
• Ensuring fast and high-quality customer service.
• Filling and updating the assortment on the website.

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly establish contact with people.
• Experience in the field of customer service will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Confident PC user: Exel, Internet browser;
• High degree of responsibility and attention to detail.
