Responsibilities — everything is very simple here =) The main thing is to sell educational services by phone, namely: consulting new clients by phone and in messengers; work with an existing client base; work with CRM and IR-telephony; keeping reports. Requirements: experience in a similar position (ability to communicate with clients by phone, identify needs, work with objections); fluency in Ukrainian, additional languages ​​are welcome; pleasant tone of voice . Delivered language without slang inclusions and parasitic words; purposefulness, attention to details, the ability to structure your work and set priorities; focus on the result, fulfillment of the set KPIs; the ability to choose the right keys to the heart of your client.
