• Had experience in customer service in accounting programs
• Went to TI with Excel, Word
• Proficiency in foreign languages ​​is desirable.

What your duties will include:

1. Determining the needs of current customers, with the aim of obtaining current orders;
2. Entering customer orders into the database, with the coordination of processes with our production;
3. Work in the CRM system, Bitrix24;
4. Negotiations with customers: correspondence, phone, meetings;
5. Provision of customer orders with materials (analysis of suppliers' offers);
6. Organization of delivery of materials from partners, and finished products to customers;
7. Documentary support of accounting operations (supply, transport).
