Customer service manager at a bank branch in BANK INVESTICIY ta ZAOSchADZhEN, AT

Main tasks:

• attraction of clients and sale of banking products;
• operational service of legal entities and individuals ;
• providing a full range of banking services for legal entities and individuals;
• opening and maintenance of card accounts;
• informing clients about new retail banking products and promotions;
• forming documentation regarding operations on banking products, respectively to the requirements of the current normative documents of the Bank;
• ensuring the implementation of planned indicators.

Requirements:

• higher/basic higher education;
• work experience in the field from 1 year;
• initiative and a high level of personal responsibility, ability to work in a team;
• desire to work and build a career in the bank.
