iPOST — a technological courier service — is looking for an experienced team of Customer Service Manager. OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER HAS: Willingness to work for results and develop in an interesting and promising field. Analytical thinking, creativity and purposefulness. Responsible attitude to the completion of assigned tasks. Possession of excellent negotiation and leadership skills Competent written and spoken communication. Experience in sales, customer management in the B2B segment, negotiations with LPR, work with CRM, preparation of commercial offers. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT WORK MANAGER INCLUDE: Support and management of key customers at all stages. Search for potential customers, preparation of commercial offers, research of needs customers (sales discovery). Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with partners. Initiating the launch of marketing campaigns. Maintaining and updating data in the CRM system. Researching the market, trends and competitors. The possibility to work remotely (twice a week).
