Kashalot is a Ukrainian manufacturer of handmade thematic gifts (gifts from the universes: Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Marvel, Friends, The Witcher, Fallout, Rick and Morty, Gravity Falls). Duties:

1. Accepting and processing orders received through the CRM system, by phone and via chats.
2. Consulting customers by phone and in chats.
3. Issuing pickups to clients in the office, consultation and after-sales.
4. Creation of TTN for sending parcels by mail.
5. Update of prices and information about goods on the website and communication with bloggers (in free working time).

7. Presentation of our products at thematic exhibitions (once every few months)

This job is for you if you have:

1. Experience of working in a similar position for at least 1 year.
2. Skill of working in the CRM system, office programs.
3. Ability to resolve conflict situations, stress resistance.
4. Ability to justify one's opinion and accept constructive criticism.
5. Attention, responsibility, logical and analytical thinking.
6. Competent Ukrainian in writing and conversation.Knowledge of writing rules and punctuation.
7. Enthusiasm for TV series, movies, comics, cartoons and games. Because this is what 80% of our products are related to.

• Working schedule5days per week: Mon-Wed, Fri — from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sat. — from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Weekends: Thu, Sun. Work in the center, in the office, Arsenalna / Pecherska, str. Riznytska 11-b.
