Therefore, we are looking for active and responsible Customer Managers in our team, with whom, side by side, we can do the impossible and even more. We value our specialists and are interested in unlocking everyone's potential. We try to give as much information as possible, and we always encourage the desire for development. Your daily duties will be as follows: receiving and processing applications for repair of equipment (websites and e-mail) calling customers to clarify details, receiving incoming calls from customers, entering customers into the technicians' work schedule, following up on the schedule during the day, providing information/reports to the manager as needed. What kind of candidate are we looking for: English language level not lower than B2-C1, competent oral and written communication, confident PC user, communication and business communication skills, stress resistance, ability to work in teams, ability to work with a large amount of information Terms of our cooperation: Work is completely remote. We can cooperate with candidates from any city of Ukraine or its borders. Hourly payment — the first month of work is $4/hour, the following months are $5/hour. — 5pm NYC)?
