What you will need to do:

• Maintain a base of new\regular customers, provide them with qualified consulting assistance using various channels for communication (outgoing calls, messengers);
• Inform customers with current events\promotions on the site;
• Help solve customer problems, record and transfer requests to technical departments;
• Be emotionally stable, friendly and tactful, able to quickly navigate complex and unexpected situations.

What you need to work:

• Experience in the field of customer service - from 1 year (face-to-face or in a telephone format), experience in outgoing calls will be an advantage ;
• Openness, sincerity, attentiveness and creative approach to clients —must have;
• We work in the office (team atmosphere is important to us) schedule — Mon-Fri(the time can be chosen: 09:00-18: 00; 10.00-19:00).
