Customer service manager in Evropeyskiy universitet, PVNZ

Due to the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager to help us provide a high level of service to our students .
The institution is located in the city of Kyiv.

What you will do:

- Conduct consultations for potential students and their parents, talking about our programs and admission conditions.

- Resolve customer inquiries and problems, provide information and support.

- Help with the organization of Open Days.

- Follow up and process customer inquiries through phone calls.

- Assistance to applicants with admission to our university.

- Maintenance of customer information base (CRM system, Excel tables).

Required experience:

- Experience in sales or customer service will be a big plus.

- Ability to effectively communicate and present information.

- High responsibility and result-oriented.

- Good understanding of higher education principles.

- High level of confidence and persuasion skills.-

- Good organizational and analytical skills.

Skills required :

- Fluent Ukrainian language;

- Responsibility;

- Punctuality.
