Hello, my name is Elizaveta and I am the HR of the VARTO communications agency. We are looking for an active and result-oriented Customer Service Manager. Who are we? VARTO is a Ukrainian communications agency that, even despite the war, is developing systematically and dynamically. We are expanding the team in order to continue providing services effectively and professionally and helping Ukrainian business with quality communications. What you will do: search for potential customers (leads) according to our criteria; make calls to attract cold and warm leads to cooperation; process incoming leads; send out invitations for introductions to the marketing departments of potential customers; identify the needs of potential customers; qualify leads - set up an online meeting with a sales expert; conduct meetings, negotiations and presentations with customers; build relationships based on trust with the customer; work systematically with the agency's CRM system (enter new companies; update information, maintain a funnel of deals); report on daily work. What is needed: be able to work with objections of potential clients; be able to search for information on the Internet; constantly expand the list of search channels; work carefully and qualitatively with CRM; be able to analyze your work.
