• experience with Zendesk, Intercom, Hubspot CRM, Asana, Zoho suite;
• understanding/interest in the field of modern military equipment;
• recommendations from previous places of work.

Your tasks will be:

• answers to customer inquiries by phone, online chat or other communication channels;
• order processing: control of the process of sending, issuing, receiving, returning, exchanging goods. Identification of returns to the warehouse;
• receiving and transferring data to the appropriate departments of the company;
• transfer of feedback from customers.
