Customer service manager in Lugera Ukraine

• - Processing of client requests regarding product availability, prices, delivery terms;
• - Consulting on logistics issues;
• - Management of customer complaints;
• - Processing of customer orders;
• - Management of document management, registration of primary documents;
• - Preparation of internal reports and statistics;
• - Participation in the development of the order processing system.
