We are looking for an energetic and proactive client manager who will be an important link between our team and clients. Will be responsible for user support, communication with customers, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with products and services. This role requires not only excellent communication skills but also an understanding of the technical aspects of the products.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
• Providing basic technical support to customers and solving their queries.
• Collecting customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Preparation and maintenance of documentation regarding work with clients.
• Attracting new customers and developing new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in the technical field.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

• Ability to work with technical issues and provide technical support.
• High motivation and result-oriented.
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with other departments.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make quick decisions.
