Customer service manager in Amazon Partner Company

Maya B LLC is an international holding company that has been working in the field of e-commerce for more than 15 years. Our head office is located in the USA, development offices in Ukraine, USA. The company has more than 50 employees. To date, Maya B LLC manages 5 subsidiary companies registered in the USA and Canada and Ukraine. At this stage, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager (Amazon) for a division that deals with customer support. Responsibilities: On-line correspondence with customers/Solutions Customer issuesDetailed analysis and solution of cases on problem ordersSuggestions for improving the quality of work with customersCommunication with Amazon supportRequirements: English language confident B2 (written)Education: secondary or higherWork experience Business correspondence skills Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word)Availability of competencies: ProactivityResponsibilitySelf-disciplineAttention to detailsAbility to work in a teamWorking conditions: Remote workWork schedule: 5 through 2 with floating days off, 21 shifts per month with day and night shifts. *During the month, all shifts will be approximately equal, so it is important to be able to work in all shifts.
