Area of responsibility: Responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and developing our relationship with them. Our customers are experienced real estate professionals from around the world . Your tasks will be: Advise customers on navigation on the platform, tariffs, conditions; Participate in the process of automating customer support; Quickly and efficiently help users in chat and mail; Prepare reports and analytics for tasks; Work with CRM, competently and comprehensively report bugs , collect requests. Working conditions: Experience in customer support, customer service; Understanding of how support is related to other departments; English language not lower than B1 level; High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Good understanding of the principles of customer orientation and the ability to create a positive experience for customers. Soft-skills: multitasking, independence, diligence, flexibility.
