The "Knowledge Bureau" educational center invites you to work as a customer service manager. You are the one we are looking for if: You have experience working as a call/contact center operator; You like communicating with people; You are confident in the Ukrainian language and have good diction; You want work for results; Willing to spend working time at a computer monitor (up to 95% of working time): hold online meetings, participate in meetings, talk on a headset, fill in data in corporate programs; have a laptop or PC, a stable Internet connection, a USB headset with a microphone, a personal cozy room for full-time work. Working conditions: 8-hour working day Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00 (lunch break 13:00-14:00), or part-time shifts of 4 hours per choice (9:00-13:00 or 14:00-18:00) Salary includes a fixed part and bonus; Internship paid in full salary; Responsibilities: Processing incoming calls, chats and electronic correspondence; Making outgoing calls and chats (sending content, invitations to seminars, webinars and validating contact data); Primary assistance to clients in using the Company's services; Maintaining the client base in the CRM system; Interaction with other departments of the Company to inform and resolve controversial issues.
