Customer service manager in Humess

We specialize in genetic tests that vividly demonstrate the state of health of each client. Therefore, if you have such a desire, then the time has come. We are looking for an energetic and motivated account manager to join our team, who will work with us to promote DNA testing in Ukraine. Duties: Working with the existing customer base, handling phone calls, emails and online chats with customers in a professional manner and polite manner. Signing up customers for appointments with doctors through Google Meet. Sending orders by FedEx and Nova Poshta. Solving customer requests and questions, providing recommendations and consultations regarding the company's services. Cooperation with other company departments to resolve technical or administrative issues. Working conditions : Work from home and sometimes in a medical facility. Work schedule from 9:30 to 18:30, Mon-Fri. Salary payment twice a month. Young team. Career growth.
