Hello😊 We are a young, but fairly stable start-up on the market, engaged in the repair of household appliances in the USA. We have been working for more than 3 years and currently the company has 2 departments - for work with clients and with insurance companies. Our pace of development is very fast — over the past year, we have opened offices in 4 new states and our staff has grown to 15 people. But we confidently step forward and know that there is more to come. Therefore, we are looking for active and responsible Customer Managers in our team, with whom we can do the impossible and even more together. We value our specialists and are interested in unlocking the potential of everyone. We try to give as much information as possible and always encourage the desire to develop. Your daily responsibilities will be as follows: receiving and processing incoming calls from customers issuing and sending insurance certificates to the building management company submitting approved quotes for spare parts orders and scheduling return visits by technicians to install parts providing repair quotes if the person responsible for payment is not present during diagnosis, processing requests for refunds, careful scheduling for each technician, receiving payments from customers over the phone, providing the customer with information for issuing a check, etc. What kind of candidate are we looking for: English language level not lower than B2-C1, competent oral and written communication, confident PC user, communication and business communication skills, stress resistance skills work in teams instead of working with a lot of information Terms of our cooperation: The work is completely remote. We can cooperate with candidates from any city of Ukraine or abroad. Hourly payment — the first month of work is $4/hour, the following months are $5/hour. (8am — 7pm NYC) 5/2 (Mon-Fri) 4:00pm — 12:00am (9am — 5pm NYC)
