The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the interaction with customers, meeting their needs and increasing loyalty. Responsibilities: Managing and continuously updating the customer database. Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers through effective contact and communication. Developing and implementing CRM strategies for increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction. Custom invoicing. Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with other departments to ensure an integrated approach to customer interaction. Requirements: Work experience in the field of interaction with clients or a similar field for 1-2 years. High level of proficiency in Quick Box and Exell programs.
