That is why we need a Customer Success Manager (CSM), to implement the customer's needs with the help of a product, and to make sure that we cover most of the processes in the institution. You have excellent oral and written language skills. You know how to explain complex things simply. Work schedule: 5/2 - a normal work week with two days off, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. What you will do: Understand clients' businesses, identify their problems and help solve them using Poster. Make a lot of calls and communicate with clients, so that they start accounting with Poster as soon as possible. Onboard and engage customers to use the product. Offer current customers new products that solve business problems. Together with the CSM team, collect and aggregate customer feedback for the development department.
