Duties: servicing the company's existing clients at a professional level in the field of telecommunications: mobile communication, Internet, TV; searching for potentially favorable conditions (price/ quality) regarding telecommunications services in communication companies for customers; timely control over tariff increases; disconnection of unnecessary services in connection with a competently selected alternative; consultations and support of transitions to other communication companies; resolution of technical malfunctions; registration of operations with services communication (selection, registration of an application through the CRM system, control over the connection of the service, if necessary, disconnection of previous companies + return of equipment by the client, recalculation of the amount of savings for the subscription); customer support on all issues during the term of the contract; preparation of reports on the work performed.
