What do you have know and be able to: Confident PC user (word, excel, paint and editors, fast text printing) 💻Work in 1(c)️ and accounting systems; Have experience working with transport companies (New Post, Ukrposhta, Delivery, Mistexpress and others) 🚚🚛Attention to details🤓 Oral and written literacy; Courtesy and responsibility; What does our sales manager do: Receive incoming calls 📲; Correspondence with customers in messengers, social networks, email 🤳; Work in 1C on the formation of orders; Consulting customers on goods, solving emerging issues and claims (including providing photos/ videos and accurate information); Work with transport companies on registration of TTN; Coordination of warehouse/logistics for shipment of orders; Setting up communication and sales to new customers.
