Working conditions: work schedule Mon — Fri 9:00—18:00, timely and competitive pay twice a month; comfortable working conditions. Requirements: Competent oral and written language; Service experience of customers (preferred); Responsibility, initiative, diligence, attentiveness, sterosensitivity; Organizational qualities. Responsibilities: Advising customers on dry cleaning services through remote channels (phone, email, messengers, social networks, etc.); Inspection of shoes, bags and clothes; registration, processing, support and issuing of orders through remote channels (post, courier); Answers to messages and comments from customers on social networks; Sale of shoe cosmetics and accessories; Coordination of works, communication with shop employees and craftsmen; Quality and time control fulfillment of orders; Organization of courier work, work with postal services and company partners; Packing and sending goods to dry cleaning branches and customers; Execution of management assignments; Registration of documents, filling out CRM, drawing up reports; Timely response to non-standard situations that may arise in the work process.
