Join our team as: Head of the Customer Service and After-Sales Support

< p> Place of work: Żabów near Pyrzyce; hybrid

The Service Area is one of the key areas in our organization. It consists of several separate departments, includingCustomer Service and Post-Sales Support. Our 5-person team is in the first line of contact with clients, responsible for the notification flow process and their implementation. The role of a department manager requires experience in cooperation with clients, speed in action, the ability to coordinate many issues at the same time, as well as fluent knowledge of a foreign language, because most of our clients are foreign companies.

Your tasks:

  • Supervision of the implementation of customer service processes, including management of all types of notifications;
  • Improving and implementing customer service strategies and department operating procedures aimed at providing customer service services at the highest level;
  • Offering customers services and parts;
  • Team management by setting KPIs, delegating tasks, accounting for their implementation, supervision and ensuring improvement of the quality of work;
  • Organizing training to improve employee qualifications;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients;
  • Management of quality management system documentation;
  • Risk analysis;
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.

  • Higher education, preferred fields: management, marketing, technical or related;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Knowledge of customer service techniques and customer relationship management;
  • Experience in crisis management;

  • Ability to analyze data;
  • Ability to operate CRM and ERP systems;
