Customer service manager in UKRINSTAL

UKRINSTAL is a company with more than 17 years of experience in the field of supplying equipment and materials for internal engineering systems: heating, water supply, plumbing, electrical engineering, lighting and ceramic tiles.

Our clients include developers, assembly organizations, architectural bureaus and design studios that implement residential and commercial projects throughout Ukraine.

Now in our the team has an open position for a customer relations manager.

This position is suitable for those who like to work with information, help customers in choosing solutions and maintain order in processes, without looking for customers and cold calls.

Main tasks:

• support of customer orders together with department managers sales;
• assistance in the selection of equipment according to the client's request;
• work with orders in 1C and CRM;
• preparation of invoices, commercial proposals and accompanying documents;
• ensuring fast and correct processing of orders.

Our expectations:

• confident PC skills (Excel, Word, e-mail, Internet);
• experience working with 1Cand CRM;
• attention to details and the ability to work with a large amount of information;
• technical education or experience in the field of plumbing, water supply or heating will be an advantage.

At the adaptation stage, we will provide:

• training products;
• help in mastering the selection of equipment;
• support and support in the process of entering the position.

Working conditions:

• official employment and all social guarantees;
• income: rate + % of sales + bonuses (average level of income after adaptation 35,000 UAH);
• schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00–18:00;
• comfortable office and showroom near the Pochayna metro station (Novokostyantinivska Street);
