Customer service manager in UKRINSTAL

Due to staff expansion, we invite a customer relations manager to join the team.

Main responsibilities:
• technical consultation and selection of products according to customer requests;
• support of sales from KP to delivery to the object;
• work in the 1C program: preparation commercial offers, invoicing, returns, etc.;
•close interaction with active managers of the sales department, support of internal sales processes.

What we expect from you:
•experience in a similar position of 1 year or more will be an advantage;
•confident PC skills (Excel, Word, Internet, mail, CRM);
•experience working with 1C;
•preferred: education or experience in the field of engineering networks, plumbing or heating equipment;
• attentiveness, customer orientation, ability to work with technical information.
