We are looking for a qualified specialist for the position of Customer Service Manager.

Candidate requirements:

• 3 years of experience in sales or customer engagement.
• Developed communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to negotiate and deal with objections.
• Self-organization, responsibility, focus on result.
• Execution of planned indicators for attracting new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Working with an existing client base and actively attracting new clients.
• Formation of commercial proposals, support of agreements, reporting.
• Analysis of the market and competitive environment in the established region.
• Active search for clients and identification of their needs.
