Customer service manager in AccuRepair Appliance Service Inc

Hello, We are an American company specializing in the repair of household appliances. We are located in Atlanta, GA. In connection with the company's expansion, we are looking for a responsible and communicative Customer Service Manager to join our team.

Your daily duties will be as follows:

• initial calls regarding clarifying the breakdown and scheduling a technician visit, informing customers about the status of repairs/payments, scheduling a repeat technician visit if necessary
• warning customers about a technician visit, briefing on preparation for the visit
• creating a schedule for technician diagnostic visits, monitoring the correctness of the route in Google Keep
• communication with technicians regarding clarifications, changes in schedules, details orders
• display of customer statuses in CRM and table

What kind of candidate are we looking for:

• level of Englishnobelow B2-C1, good verbal and written communication
• confident user of PC, CRM and Google Keep
• communication and business communication skills
• ability to work in multitasking mode
• responsibility, attention to details, stress resistance
• previous experience in a similar position in the field of Appliance Repair from 6 months.

Terms of our cooperation:

• Work is completely remote. We can cooperate with candidates from any city of Ukraine or abroad.
• Hourly payment — 5$/hour
• Working schedule Mon-Fri 16:00 - 02:00
