We are now strengthening the team Customer Success Manager who will help us be #1 in service and customer experience.

?? What you will do:

• Communicate with existing customers, support them and strengthen partnerships
• Monitor project execution and provide transparent feedback
• Identify additional customer needs and help them scale
• Ensure timely document flow and compliance cooperation

Here it is important not just to "lead the client", but to become his strategic partner.

• ready for personal meetings and travel around the region
