Customer service manager in Smart Solutions

An international company specializing in the production of environmentally friendly packaging products for the food industry is currently looking for a Customer Service Manager.

Functional:

• Contractual documentation management: preparation, reconciliation, control of signing and storage.
• SAP order processing: data verification, status tracking, delivery coordination and stocks.
• Customer support: answers to inquiries, information about orders, processing claims
• Preparation of proposals for spare parts and communication with suppliers.
• Management of invoices, payments and shipments.
• Control of availability of spare parts and coordination of actions with service engineers.
• Interaction with warehouse, logistics, accounting and production teams

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience in the field of customer service or orders — from 2 years (preferably in a manufacturing company).
• Sufficient communication skills, ability to react quickly and work under pressure.
• Ability to solve non-standard situations, focus on result.
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than B2, Ukrainian - fluent.
• A confident user of MS Office, preferably experience with SAP.
