What do you need to do in the position of Customer Service Manager?

• Service and support of individual clients at the branch (accounts, transfers, etc.);
• Providing advice and attracting new clients to cooperate with the bank and selling them banking and insurance products;
• Attracting individual clients to deposits, loans, accounts;
• Support and development of relations with clients.
