We are expanding, so we are looking for a future colleague for the position of customer service specialist.

What will you do with us:
- Accept incoming orders and advise customers by phone;
- Make outgoing calls for the purpose of sales, informing customers about promotions or new products;
- Make and process orders in the CRM system or other software;
- Monitor the fulfillment of orders, ensuring timely shipment and delivery;
- Resolve issues related to changing or adjusting orders;
- Maintain contact with customers, build trusting relationships and promote their loyalty;
- Interact with other departments (logistics, warehouse) to coordinate order details;
- Participate in national and international exhibitions, forums, conferences.
You will definitely cope with this job if:
- You don't get tired of a large amount of communication and use it as a working tool;
- You have excellent communication skills: competent oral and written language, the ability to persuade, the ability to listen and find an individual approach to customers;
- Ready to quickly master large volumes of information about the company's products;
