Customer service manager in Oltenzo

Establishing and maintaining effective communication with customers; 
Reception, processing and coordination of recruitment applications; 
Participation in the presentation of company services and preparation of commercial offers; Control of the terms of execution of recruiting projects in coordination with the recruitment department; 
Providing feedback to clients, working with objections, follow-up after closing vacancies;
Maintaining internal reporting, updating data in the CRM system. 

Qualification requirements:
Higher education (economics, management, psychology, sociology or related specialties); 
Practical experience in the field of B2B customer service, sales or HR — at least 1 year; 
Developed communication and organizational skills; 
Ability to work with a large amount of information, to conduct several projects simultaneously; 
Confident user of office software, basic understanding of CRM systems; 
Knowledge of the Ukrainian language at a high level (oral and written communication).
