Requirements:

• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than B2.
• Experience in sales, working with clients or business development (from 1 year) will be an advantage. Ready to cooperate also with candidates without relevant experience, but with the ability to learn quickly.
• Stable negotiation skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with partners.
• High communication skills and the ability to work in multitasking mode.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Development of the database of existing partners with the aim of cooperation on employment and visa support issues.
• Preparation and holding of presentations and meetings for potential partners.
• Organization of the negotiation process and signing contracts with potential partners.
• Support and communication with current partners in the process of drafting documents on employment and visa support issues.
• Preparation and coordination of partnership agreements, ensuring their implementation.
• Ensuring the interaction of the company's structural units in the process of executing agreements.
• Building a long-term partnership within the framework of existing relations.
