Customer service manager in U-Drivers

The U Drivers company is an Uber partner in Ukraine, an Uber/Bolt support service. A leader in its field in Ukraine.

For more than 10 years, we have been providing services for connecting drivers to the Uber/Bolt platform and supporting them in their further work.

Our team is actively and rapidly developing. In this regard, we are expanding the staff and recruiting specialists. Vacancy is currently open: "Customer Service Manager"

Requirements:

• Work experience from 1 year (experience in sales, call center will be advantage);
• Multitasking, flexibility, time management;
• Stress resistance and adaptability;
• Communication, teamwork;
• Responsibility and attention to details;
• Experience of working with CRM, Ip-telephony, Google Drive, 1s.
