Customer Service Manager Manager)

Responsibilities:

• providing shipments (Nike, Converse, Speedo, Helly Hansen, equipment) to CIS customers, branches in Kazakhstan;
• updating documents (invoices and specifications) on the basis of confirmation received from the client and confirmation of order sorting by the logistics department;
• formation of analytical reports for the client (shipment, payment, debt, availability of goods in the warehouse or on the way, etc.);
• li>carrying out actual shipments: creating orders and extracting invoices in the Axapta program;
• working in the Axapta program: creating new customers, discounts, issuing returns, creating and conducting revaluations and purchases, generating reports.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (finance, economics, logistics);
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• A confident user of Excel (summary tables, formulas);
• Attention, ability to work with large amounts of data, flexibility and customer orientation.
