What is important to us:

• Experience atlike positions from 2 years.

• Fluency in electronic document management systems (Vchasno, Edin, Medok).

• A confident level of using Excel, Word.

• Skills for working with large volumes of data, creating reports, analyzing information.

• Experience in business correspondence and communication with clients.

• It will be an advantage: experience with CRM systems and knowledge of the basics of marketing tools.

Main duties of the position:

• Reception and processing of incoming customer orders, control of the full cycle from order to delivery.

• Ensuring the full cycle of document flow, including reconciliations, specifications, and other financial documents.

• Control of mutual settlements with clients, verification of the correctness of accrual of marketing bonuses and reports based on the results of promotions.

• Formation and updating of specifications, assortment matrices for key customers.

• Preparation of reports at the request of the manager.

• Participation in planning and monitoring the implementation of marketing campaigns.

• Maintaining the relevance of customer data in CRM systems, updating contact information and terms of cooperation.
