Requirements:

• Communication skills and competent oral and written language.
• Experience working with customers or the desire to develop in this field
• The ability to listen and find an approach to each client.
• Attention to details and the ability to work with a large amount of information.

Responsibilities:

• Advising customers about the company's services and products.
• Processing incoming inquiries and resolving issues customers.
• Maintaining long-term relationships with customers, helping them solve their tasks.
• Compiling reports on interaction with customers and recording feedback.

Terms:

• Schedule: 5/2, from 7:00 to 18:00.
• Rate 16,000 UAH + KPI bonuses.
• Weekly payments.
