What we entrust to you:

• Processing requests for service issues and technical support customers with the participation of service engineers.
• Conducting customer surveys and analyzing the level of service and results.
• Signing and extending contracts for service and equipment.
• Control of receivables .
• Coordination of documentation with energy suppliers (DTEK, OblEnergo).
• Maintenance of customer accounts in the CRM system.
• Management of document management (contracts, primary accounting documents) .
• Compilation of financial statements.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in customer service from 1 year.
• Effective communication with the customer and internal divisions to resolve issues.
• High level of customer orientation.
• Proficient command of written and spoken Ukrainian.
• Accounting skills (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage).
