YOUR MISSION
As an Account Manager, you will be a representative on the Glovo Account Management team, helping to manage one of the company's partnerships. You will partner with the most popular brands, shops and restaurants in the region and contribute to the growth of revenue for their respective outlets.
TRAVEL
- Set excellent relationships with Glovo partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (partner meetings and business reviews).
- Evaluate, track and report on your portfolio and key performance indicators (KPIs) periodically . Take action to achieve your company goals and key results (OKRs).
- Develop and implement plans that drive growth for your partners through promotions, marketing activations and menu optimization (merchandise sales, average check (AOV), ratio conversions, cross-sells and up-sells).- Provide the best content on Glovo by establishing priority partnerships with partners.
- Optimize the visibility of Glovo through marketing campaigns with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc.).

- Improve Glovo revenue through commission reviews and asset sales.- Understand, develop action plans and track exited or inactive partners.
- Improve partner operational efficiency by ensuring we are always provide the best service to our customers.
- Teach the partner how to use the management portal so that he becomes self-sufficient to be able to: change and edit menus, activate promotions and check information on Glovo.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR JOURNEY- At least 2 years of experience in high performance client management or business consulting.
- Ability to work comfortably within a company with high growth and high efficiency at a fast pace.
- Computer literacy; good knowledge of Google tools (Google Docs, Sheets & Slides, Drive); knowledge of Salesforce will be a plus.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Upper Intermediate level of English.
- Strong commercial skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and attention to detail.
- Problem solving, data oriented with an analytical approach.
