Customer service manager in Faktum Avto

We, Factum Group,a group of partner international companies. Our main activity is the import of cars from auctions in the USA, Ukraine and Moldova. We work with official American auction sites at the level of business clients and provide a full range of services — from selection to delivery of cars with turnkey repairs. We are currently looking for an active, proactive employee interested in development in the field of sales:

What needs to be done :

1. Work exclusively with a hot customer base, no cold calls < b style="font-weight: 700">(We do not call Austria!).
2. Selection of car options at American auctions based on budget and wishes clients regarding the future car.
3. Negotiations and conclusion of agreements with the company's clients.
4. Consultation of clients regarding services , which the company provides.
5. Establishing and maintaining long-term cooperative relations with clients.

Our candidate:

• Has experience in sales (this will be a big plus, but if there is no relevant experience - no problem, we have our own developed training system);
• Has strong communication skills and skills in communicating his/her opinion. convictions will be an advantage;
• Able to listen and understand the task from the manager.
• Able to correctly convey information to the client.
• Has excellent time management and planning skills.
