• Reception of the incoming line: consultation, ordering, customer support until closing the deal

• Implementation of the baseline to support cooperation with the existing customer base and improve their results

• Reporting and ability to analyze work to improve KPI

• Managing customers in the CRM system (Bitrix24)

• Support of service and communication standards

• Carrying out the tasks of the manager and employees of the office on administrative issues

• Working with documentation
