Hello! We are Progress - a medical educational platform. The official BPR provider of doctors. We create educational products for medical professionals. More than 150 thousand medical workers study with us.

For 6 years, the team translated and published more than 1,600 guidelines and articles, held more than 750 online and offline events.

The platform develops and conducts thematic online and offline events for doctors of various specialties, and also works on translation and creation of materials on pages in social networks.

Job description:

We are looking for an energetic, communicative and motivated person to join our team for the position of client- manager.

Client-manager is a lifesaver and the best friend for our customers. It accompanies customers throughout their journey in the platform products. It helps in solving all issues, provides maximum care.

Who we see in you:

• A responsible and attentive specialist;

• With experience of remote (online) work in a similar position for at least 6 months (customer consultation, customer support, sales...);

• A person with advanced experience in working with PCs, gadgets. Who quickly learns new programs, work tools. Who previously worked with CRM, Google documents, is fluent in messengers;

• A person who is sincerely and with pleasure ready to help clients in solving all issues;

• You are fluent in written and spoken Ukrainian.

What will you do with us:

• Work remotely from a computer/laptop;

• Advise customers about event registration and product selection in the store;

• Actively contribute to getting each client to pay for product orders in the store (without aggressive head-on sales);

• Provide timely support and full support until the completion of the event project or until the customer receives the products ordered in the store;

• Answer all other customer questions outside of platform products.

Mostly, communication with clients takes place through messengers, social networks, email. There are also incoming phone calls.
