We are looking for a talented person who can not only demonstrate our high professional and service approach, but also build strong, long-term relationships with our clients. Your role will be to provide first class support and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Processing requests for service and technical support of customers with the participation of service engineers.
• Conducting customer surveys and analyzing the level of service and results.
• li>Signing and extension of contracts for service and equipment.
• Control of receivables.
• Reconciliation of documentation with energy suppliers (DTEK, OblEnergo).
• Maintenance of accounts customers in the CRM system.
• Management of document management (contracts, primary accounting documents).
• Compilation of financial statements.
  
  What we expect from you:
  
  
• Experience in customer service from the 1st year.
• Effective communication with customer and internal divisions to solve issues.
• High level of customer orientation.
• Competent command of written and spoken Ukrainian.
• Skills in working with accounting support (knowledge of SAP will be preference).
