Main responsibilities:

- Processing customer inquiries by telephone (we only work with a warm customer base)

- Consulting customers about the company's products and services.

- Maintaining a customer database, working in the CRM system

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work with a computer

- High level of responsibility and result orientation.
