Customer service manager in Grade Education Centre

Grade Education Center is the largest center for international English language exams in Ukraine (TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge English). We teach English to children and adults, test the language level and improve the qualifications of teachers. Pwe will do everything possible to ensure a really high and high-quality level of the English language in Ukraine. We are looking for a manager in the customer service department with work experience from 1 year - to attract new students to study in our educational center. You will love this job if you love English and enjoy interacting with people. Multitasking, attention to detail and the ability to organize your day will come in handy. 

Tasks that await you:

• input processing calls (consultation of clients regarding all services of the center)

• outgoing calls on applications received through the site

• outgoing calls to school clients (without "cold" sales)

• correspondence with clients by e-mail and messengers

• level testing

• presentation and selection of the training program

• organization of individual classes 

• invoicing and signing contracts

• collection of information for company statistics

Our wishes to the candidate:

• higher education (we will be happy if it is philology or translation)

• knowledge of the English language (level from Upper Intermediate B2)

• work experience in a similar position or in the field of sales of services from 1 year

• confident user of Word and Excel

• competent oral and written Ukrainian language

• high communication skills

• punctuality, attention to detail

Work schedule:

• administrative office is open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:30, on Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00, on Sunday from 11:00 to 17:00
