What you will need to do:

• Communicate with clients of our platform in telephone mode (warm base) , build long-term friendly relations with them;
• Help solve customer problems, record and transfer requests to technical departments;
• Be emotionally stable, friendly and tactful, able to quickly navigate complex and unexpected situations situations.

What is required for the job:

• Previous experience with clients
• Openness, sincerity, attentiveness and a creative approach to clients — must have;< /li>
• We work in an office near the Pecherska metro station (a team atmosphere is important to us) schedule — Mon - Fri(the time can be chosen: 09:00-18:00; 10.00-19:00).
