We are actively looking for a candidate for the position of English-speaking and Polish-speaking customer support manager. What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:

English or Polish language level - B1-C2;
With or without work experience him, but with a great desire to learn. 
We conduct training for our candidates, which lasts 5 days, which is paid for by the base;
If you have experience in similar positions - it will be a great advantage;
Responsible and willing develop financially and professionally;
A sense of humor is welcome.

Responsibilities:

Quality processing of a hot client base from Canada or Poland, which is waiting for your call - our clients have been working with us for years;
Assistance and collection of information about our client;
Client registration on our website and transfer to another department for processing;
Reporting on work performed in CRM system;
Be active and positive :)
