Remote work is possible, but we are looking for candidates who live in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa) and can participate in offline events.

Your responsibilities:

• Finding sites for placing advertisements on international exams and diagnostic tests of the Pearson publishing house.

p>• Sending letters to testing centers according to approved templates.
• Working with Excel tables: correcting information, searching the Internet and entering data on educational institutions of Ukraine, in accordance with the company's requirements.

• Implementation calling the company's clients in order to inform them about promotions and special offers, in accordance with the company's plans.

• Coordination of technical requests of the company's clients regarding digital resources.
• Processing of orders in the 1C program. Coordinating deliveries with customers over the phone.

Requirements:

• Experience in consulting and communicating with customers over the phone (will be an advantage).< /p>

• Clear, competent Ukrainian language.

• Knowledge of Excel, Word programs.

• English language – level A2 and above.

• Ability to work to deadlines and successfully take on new challenges.

• Friendly and friendly attitude towards customers.

• Experience with online learning platforms (welcome).

• Work experience in the 1C program (welcome).

Work schedule:

Tues, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat – 4 hours each (with the possibility of increasing working hours in the future, upon agreement of the parties)
