We invite a Customer Service Manager to our team!

Main tasks:

• ongoing work with key clients;
• creating partnerships;
• reporting on work with clients;
• regular analysis of the service market merchandising;
• control of receivables;
• development of coverage for each partner;
• support of all stages of cooperation;
• active participation in corporate life of the company.

• work schedule from 09:00 to 18:00 (Mon-Fri);

>We expect from you:

• fluent use of MS Office (Excel, Word);
• 1C user (preferred);
• knowledge of the FMCG market;
• knowledge of the specifics of working with retail chains;
• experience in forming commercial offers;
• ability to communicate with the middle and higher management level of partner companies;
• ability to analyze the market;
• ability to plan and forecast;
• analytical thinking.
